reserving your space

You can sign up to live at the Europa House:

by applying online, or by downloading our housing forms, or by asking us to send you the forms by mail; see below for details.

getting a parking garage space

We send a parking form at the same time to all residents, so everyone has an equal chance to reserve a parking space.

your application, lease and security deposit

Your housing application tells us about yourself, including information that the University requires us to record for all our residents.

Our housing lease lists the terms & conditions under which we can offer you a space to live at the Europa House; you should read and agree to the terms of the lease, by signing the lease; if you are under 21 years of age, a parent or guardian should also read and sign the lease.

A payment of your $500 security deposit is also necessary.

You should submit all three items to us: your housing application, your signed lease and your $500 security deposit. Only when we accept your signed housing lease and $500 security deposit can we reserve a space for you.

a smoke-free environment

Smoking is not permitted in the building, in the public areas or in the apartments. Your housing application indicates that you agree to abide by this policy.
